  • We will issue an invoice to you. (kindly fill in the Order Form with your complete particulars.)

STEP - 3

  • Proceed with the payment.
  • Advise your Bank Transfer reference number or  Deposit / PayPal Transaction number. Next, we will proceed with the mailing, delivery or shipping.

Payment Methods

Internet Banking /Deposit/ATM transfer/PayPal/cheque.

There will be administration fee imposed in the payment by PayPal.
Payment by cheque is only available for nominal transaction of  S$1,000 and above.

STEP - 4

  • Mailing / Delivery / Shipping

Handling and Shipment Modes.

  • For all domestic purchases, merchandise will be MAILED through Singpost (normal mailing), approximately will take 1 to 3 working days to reach the recipient. Postage fee is depending on the weight and volume of the total products,
  • Handling Fee : S$0.30-S$1.50,
  • You may opt for REGISTERED mail with additional cost of S$3.50, or
  • SELF COLLECTION which is arranged by appointment only. For this option, payment must be received at least 24 hours before collection. (Self Collection time and place can be found on the invoice, page-2).
  • Mailing will be proceeded on the following day for payment received after 12.00pm,
  • Courier Service is advisable for purchases with heavy volume. DELIVERY charge : S$9.00 - S$13.00 for each trip. (max. volume:  50x50x40cm, max. weight : 2500grams/25kilograms, additional fee of S$1.50 will be imposed for every exceeding weight of per 2kg and/or per volume 15x15x10cm)
  • To prevent from damages you may want your heavy volume merchandise to be packed in a box, corrugated boxes are available at prices as follows : S$1.20 (small); S$2.00 (medium); S$3.20 (large); S$4.50 (Extra Large).
  • Free delivery for purchase S$300 and above.
  • For OVERSEAS purchases, merchandise will be shipped through Speedpost Worldwide Service.
  • Shipment time for payment by PayPal, will approximately take 7 working days to reach the recipient for domestic purchases and approximately 14 up to 21 working days for overseas purchases.

Please note:
All formed boxes are damage-in-the-mailing-process prone, customers are strongly advised to self-collect.
We do not hold any responsibility of damages that caused by mishandling and/or lost during the mailing/delivery process.


Return and Exchange Policy

  • Please measure the dimension of your product before you place an order, ensure that they are all fit into our packaging product. All products purchased are not returnable due to personal dislike and/or wrong order placement (color, size, design, etc.) .
  • All products are checked for defects and according to your P.O. before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your invoice number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange.
        Please state reason for exchange:
          Item in the wrong color or size or
          Item with severe manufacturing defect or
          Wrong item that was not in order.

Please note:
  • The item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to us in its original condition.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
  • The wholesale purchase replacement items are to be self-collected.
  • An item in a color or size that is not up to your expectation is not considered a wrong item.
  • We do not hold any responsibility of damages that caused by mishandling and/or lost during the mailing/delivery process.
  • We do not offer any cash refund under any circumstances.
